I am a new user of de mpt 1.16 tracker.
Now i want to use vst-effects.
Can anyone tell me how to install vst-effects under win98 in a proper way so i can use them in modplugtracker 1.16.
It's a complete mistery for me how get vst-effects working in mpt 1.16.

Sorry for this inconvenience and my possible stupid question.
Now it seems that my laptop screen is to small to project the whole madtracker-screen at once. I have to use the scroolbar to get in to the load vst-plugin section. Problem solved !!!

Are you using MPT or Madtracker? :)
If you are using MPT 1.16, note that 1.17rc2 has improved VST support.

I don't really like Madtracker... I find it annoying and hard to use. MPT always wins. :)
Eat... Its good for you.

MPT makes clear logical sense. Renoise also offers a pretty standard GUI.

The other trackers take some time getting used to.

Ultimately, I was able to do more straight out of the box with MPT. Even though it's met serious criticism in the past, I doubt anyone could actually prove it's not worth anything, especially after the induction of open source.

MPT is not biased, it's a beast. Use it.
Yeah, sure. Right. Whatever.
