Kore Player FREE from Native Instruments

Well, my favourite music software company has released Kore Player for free. You can download it from their site:

The idea, as far as I can tell, is to encourage people to buy soundpacks for it. Not a bad idea, in my opinion.

As far as I know, it's a collection of NI synths (Massive, Absynth etc.) wrapped with NI Kore with limited amount of presets. I think you can use these synths separately from Kore. I downloaded it already but still have no time to test.

Yeah, Kore is basically a "super-instrument", containing a whole bunch of other ones. Dunno if you can use them outside of it, though, unless you actually *have* those instruments. (Soon, soon I will buy complete! )
