Is there a way to add more than a single effect row in the MOD format? (Using my "insane" photoshopping skiils, I was able to fake it)

From what I remember this is problematic even for mptm (see here (https://forum.openmpt.org/index.php?topic=5517.0), not entirely impossible in a new format, but would require a significant rewrite, it seems, so, still not in the foreseeable future).
As for mod, it's a legacy format, and mods created with OpenMPT are supposed to be compatible with the original software (which, in case of mod, goes all the way back to Amiga), so, for anything other than mptm it's a definitive no.
