What if volume column and effect column will swap places with each other? That might be good with Amiga modules where volume column cant be used. Another way - to make a full column position management

Eventually I want to change the lo/med/hi detail buttons into buttons that toggle the visibility of note+instr/volume/effect columns instead. That would have more or less the same result for MOD editing. Swapping columns would be way more complex to implement since pretty much any logic that involves navigation or pattern selections would have to be rewritten entirely.
