The LIQ (Liquid Tracker) format can be implemented in OpenMPT?
Maybe, maybe not? There are exactly two LIQ files on ModLand. Every supported format adds complexity to the code, and for many formats the complexity isn't worth it when there's only a handful of modules in that format.
