OpenMPT v1.17.02.54

Has the bug occured in previous versions? If yes, please specify version(s):
.48, possibly older ones as well.

Description of the bug:

The envelope window in the instrument tab seems to catch images of the last thing you did before going in mpt. Stretching it up and down mangles that image further.

How often does it happen?:
Always.

PC specs:
MB: ECS P4VMM2
CPU: Intel P4 1.7 GHZ
Video: S3 Pro SavageDDR(integrated)
RAM: 128 MB, PC133 SDRAM(96 MB usable)
OS: Win98 SE
DirectX: 9.0c

Know bug on Windows 98 since at least OpenMPT 1.17 RC2 (maybe even older). Just disable row guidelines (the rightmost icon in the lower part of the window) to fix it.
