When i compile the mptrack project,
I get an error at conmpiling snddev.cpp

1>snddev.cpp
1>c:\users\hafi\documents\music\openmpt\trunk\openmpt\soundlib\snddev.cpp(3) : fatal error C1083: Datei (Include) kann nicht geöffnet werden: "dsound.h": No such file or directory

I remember reading a post somewhere at this site where it tells to install DirectXSound SDK!

Is this the solution?

Yes this is the solution and it's described pretty well in the official wiki (http://openmpt.xwiki.com/xwiki/bin/view/Development/GettingTheCode) ::)
