Simple as that, i've figured that it would be great to collect all the good not quite known artist we find when scavenging around. ^_^
Genre, quality, length or anything at all doesn't really matter. If you thing he/she deserves a shot, post it here.

Eric Whitacre, ok apparently he's not so unknown (and definitely not that mainstream widely known one), but perhaps can give a new experience for some people.
Eric Whitacre's Virtual Choir - 'Lux Aurumque' - (youtube video choir with quite big bunch of people, it sounds amazing)

You're not even mentioning Andy McKee? :o And I have a feeling that Rein Ouwehand should be in this list too. :)
Well, Reyn is also making commercial music. If you want to list his "indie" music here (which is scenemusic), you could just list any artist from the scene here. Which is a bit pointless.
Erik Mongrain is also selling his music.
it's not the point if his/her selling the music or not, only that he has something special that we should need to listen to. Ronald Jenkees is selling his music at his own, without a label, Eric Whitacre too i think. I dont have anything against making a living from it, or at least some extra earnings when you do something inspiring.

that is the entire point LP ^_^, introduce people to good artists. I know Reyn Ouwehand (i think we are quite aware of the most good scene people, so we dont need to move on that direction), but i didnt knew about Andy, now listening to his works.

well adding every each of them is kinda... but surely there some people that you find exceptionally interesting and wana share. And no, i'm not only interested 'bout scene music (we have good sources to that, if we want to listen to them). You can perhaps bump to non-scene people too when surfing over the net also, those guys can be fairly hard to find, if you are not looking for them. =)

Just because someone sells their music, they are not automatically "not indie" anymore (by the definition of indie). However, Reyn has done work for artists assigned to labels.
And while we're at it: Mosaik (http://www.mosaik.se/). Now in FLAC quality.
Mosaik <3 ^_^
