Title: Help me figure out the name / artist of these samples!

Hi guys!

I've tried to figure out the artist / songname of two samples but so far I've had no luck. Then I suddenly became aware that I have access to some of the most twisted musical minds available on the internet (you guys).

I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me the correct name/artist of theese samples:

1970 - 1980 funk style thing

is something wrong with these files (or me), or are they indeed only 2-3 secs in total?

Well there's no way I'm deleting those links yet.... (I know I was suposed to delete them after a week).
