Talking about a drone...

This is part b of the original piece of 14:14, composed for a concert in "de IJsbreker" in Amsterdam, 1982.
The statues showed there during this performance were objects made by Stanley Bremer.
The audience was sitting around these objects.

There are, until now, no pictures of this happening, so I made a raw sketch of the objects, from memory :

Piece made with the modified Synthi AKS.

sounds very eastern Indian influenced - I like it very much.

Sam, I take you and Paul were fairly famous in the Netherlands and surrounding area?

Sam_Zen

Thanks, Clones.

Paul and I just met a few years ago.

Not famous at all.
In those days I worked as a studio engineer in a school for electronic music, also giving courses.
This concert was organized by that school, and the staff and students could make contributions.

Somehow I find this piece haunting. To me it's not for statues, but for catacombs :D Kinda meditative, but maybe it's my illness playing tricks on me :D
I don't know why yet, but it is a keeper.
