It's written here https://wiki.openmpt.org/Manual:_Effect_Reference, that I can combine Dxx effect with Bxx effect to jump to a specific place in a specific pattern.
How would I combine them, do I place them one after another vertically or horizontally somehow?

Remember that the documentation is a wiki that anyone can edit.
However, there is no mistake here that needs to be corrected, because the effect letters differ depending on the format you are using - Cxx is Set Volume in MOD/XM, so you have been looking at one of those two formats. In IT/S3M/MPTM, offer effect letters are used. You need to know which format you are working with, which can be seen on the General Tab.
I clarified the documentation that the two effects need to be placed on the same row.
