Title: 1.17.02.52 Approximate song length can be tricked
Post by: Saga Musix on November 07, 2008, 22:51:48
Full Version:
OpenMPT v1.17.02.52

Song length is not calculated correctly if you "go backwards" in a pattern like this:

ModPlug Tracker  IT
|     ...B..|........C03
|     ...B01|...........
|     ...B..|........C01
|     ...B..|........C02

this plays the pattern at position 0 in the following order: row 0, row 3, row 2, row 1 -> next pattern. modplug stops counting here already.

Just don't make such a complicated tracklist. I'm sure the maker of this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLZwvNssIyc didn't complain either?

correct, i'm aiming for the "strobe" effect. :P

and users should not comply to the software, but the software to users.
