A few years ago I had the plans to resurrect a music download page for OpenMPT and feed the old database into it. I started working on that system, but at some point lost motivation and realized that this kind of song hosting website is becoming less and less relevant with things like SoundCloud and similar.
I may still decide some day to resurrect this site mostly to encourage the spreading of modules that would otherwise not be accepted at e.g. The Mod Archive, but not as a general MP3 hosting platform. However, I try to keep my head out of web development as much as possible these days, so this might just be a pipe dream.
Until then, enjoy those old gems from the modplug.com backup.
