Some of us at So On are working on a cover of Pete Townsend's tune Behind Blue Eyes
I thought I'd solicit comments
I've been sick this week so my vocals reflect that - could be good, or not - tell me.
Norm did the percusion

Well, your typing reflects your sickness too :)
My attention in this song was to the timing of the vocal phrases.
Often, when people try to do their best, they tend to do things too neat, to avoid 'wrong things'.
In this area it means that every line starts straight at the start of a bar.
Sometimes a little decay before a word starts can increase the strength of a line.
Something like : singing 'lazy' or : 'being tired'.
thanks - I didn't notice I messed up the typing so bad!
Ok,
I think you have a good point on the vocals. There is a guy on traxinspace, j q scutt who sings well, if we can't convince him to do it I'll take another crack at this.
