Title: .48 Duplicate 4row pattern leads to 32row pattern

OpenMPT v1.17.2.48

Description of the bug:
If you duplicate a small pattern (let's say, 4 rows), the new pattern is resized to 32 rows.

If its a help you can allways use the pattern break command (Cxx on *.it files) on the 4th row.

i don't like pattern break :> i just resize the pattern to 4 rows then :D

Fixed in .50 test build.
