Title: Dance-Tune ( powerplant )
Post by: cnarrow on January 13, 2006, 17:48:32
Hi there :)

This is my first tune called "  powerplant  ".
So im new into the scene and trackers.
Samples are from another tunes (so ripped) ::)

Its a dancehall/dance style (90's) and tune and a "first tracked" song so dont worry about the quality.

....you are traveling on a river and you see some industrie scapes,
and of course a big powerplant, the whole river glows in the light
of thier big towers....

Hmm text not included in module self, because it's not my style to include
textes  :?

Hope someone likes it  :P

Nice start. Some points : not much done with a different output, 'character', of a sample. And quite a sloppy fade out at the end of the song.

Hi i know what you mean, my tune could be good demo song for an slow intro. Im plaing with more samples but i've saved this tune as my "first and rare tune" :)

Now i'm currently playing with playstation "psf" files.
i've extractet the .seq (psx midi format) from Megeman 8 and of course the samples :)

Here you can listen to Megaman 8 "Frostman Stage", there some little drummset errors. I've need eight hours find out the right sample affiliation because psx .seq to "tracker" is a channel thing. the game orginal uses no samples for each note, it changes the whole bank sets so it was very difficult for me.
