Title: Applying a plugin to a single instrument
Post by: larkedd on July 26, 2016, 03:35:16
Hey,
I was wondering if there was any way you could apply a plugin to a single instrument.  I recently picked up writing a song I began in 2006, and the samples aren't placed awfully well in the beginning.

Uhm, yes. In the Instrument tab, select your instrument to apply a plugin and in the Plugin/MIDI section select the plugin to use. If you select a FX slot that doesn't have a plugin or VST instrument assigned, you are prompted to select a plugin or VST instrument for this slot.

Its also in the manual: Manual: Instruments - Plugin / MIDI (https://wiki.openmpt.org/Manual:_Instruments#Plugin_.2F_MIDI)
