Modplug Tracker 3.00 Alpha Download

For some reason, when I tried to download Modplug Tracker 3.00, it did not work. It said that I still had 1.75 (or whatever the version number is). I even downloaded the tuning files and replaced the other executable file with the new one, but that did not seem to do anything. Can anyone help me get the 3.00 version working?

Since the 1.17.03 version is just a test version, the generic-exe is the only exe available.
