This is a recording of Mike Barry and me about 1980 or 1981. Mike on an upright piano and me on classical guitar (with a pick). Just a couple microphones on the floor again. My singing gets nasty a couple times - one my throat got really, really dry trying to sing over the piano. And two Mike and I were experimenting with modulations - a whole lot of them - and it was hard to often hit the right key as it changed. The saving grace of this recording is Michael's excellent piano playing.
Well, this is quite thin, to be honest.
Apart from the huge background noise.
And I don't see a saving grace. The piano is hammering the same strophe over and over again.
At least you try out some things with the guitar at the last third of the song.
Ok no problem. I like it for the sake of the composition. But it is "normal" and not pushing any boundries excepting themodulations.
