Can some1 tell all the notes (for example C-4 B#4)

Unless you are using custom tunings, every octave consists of the notes C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G#, A, A#, B - pretty much the standard note names like you will find it in many places other than OpenMPT. The number of octaves varies between module, formats, so e.g. C-0 does not exist in all formats supported by OpenMPT.

B# and E# are identical pitch to C and F. An octave makes up 12 semitones. Personally, if you don't know, I recommend learning some sheet music and/or some clef (treble/bass) as it might help better understand the relationship between the notes presented on the staff.
