Are you ready for a challenge? Here is a game that I thought up! Try to take a word and spell it differently while conserving the letters and the sound!
Examples:
[list=1]
- One that you have probably seen before: Firey = Fiery
- One that you probably have not seen before or as much if you have seen it: Daisy = Daysi
[/list:o]
Do you get the idea now?
So... Just one word at a time? Or lots at once? And I assume they don't have to be "correct" alternate spellings... :) 'Cos I've got:
- Sample => Sampel
- Temple => Tempel (and so on for "le" => "el")
I hadn't thought of those! Good job, keep 'em coming!

Or how about this? Cabel
I've got one!
terrible = terrible
I swapped the two r's with each other. :D
Doing it with a doubled letter, eh? Interesting, but how about terribel (using the same switch the last two letters idea)?

Brilliant ! :)
dot=tod
I wonder who Louigi is. Is that a distant cousin to Luigi? Let's see here...Moario, um, nope that did not work.
Hmm... As a bit of a shake-up, what about rearranging letters of words and phrases to form new ones?
There's the classic "Mother-in-law ==> Woman Hitler"...
To make it easier, though, I think you should be able to drop letters. :)
So "Really Weird Person ==> Player wins eel" (With R, D, R and O left over)
OK, but back to the OT... Patent => Paetnt
Actually, I am unlike other people in this forum and do not care so much for the "rules" parts, so go ahead!
Whether you care or not, you've set the conditions as a rule to start with :
"spell it differently while conserving the letters and the sound"
so you're the one who should 'expand' the rules or not.
