EDIT: This was a temp solution, because server was down, so now I changed the list with the correct URL.
And added a forgotten one :
11 - Fly Food (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/flyfood.mod)
I'm a bit confused by the presentation
are these yours? or addition to a general mod archive of yours?
- I'm guessing yours - I found a compo mark at the end of the sample list with Sam Zen
So it is, all mine. I'm just updating my own work in this archive.
I also published a collection of oldskool mods by other authors from my archive as well, but that's here :
http://www.louigiverona.com/webarchive/samzen/modz/e_trackers.html
In the meantime I've gathered more e(xternal) trackers, which will be published soon.
And found 3 other tracks, scattered on my website, to add to the archive :
12 - Klass (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/klassv5.mod)
13 - Don't care the flop (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/careflop3.xm)
14 - Jumper Decision (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/jumper2.mod)
I've gone through easy does it Y
You get funky!!
and the guitar work in the first one was quite unexpected.
So far its the 2nd or 3rd one I like the best (I can't see the list in this reply)
Thanks for the compliment. I fancy get funk once in a while.
The guitar in the first one is probably due to the fact, that I also used samples containg more than one note.
(What's with the list ? I don't understand)
Still streaming - Found some more :
15 - Les Toys (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/lestoys2.mod)
16 - Number Televen (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/number10y.mod)
17 - Nuts (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/nuts3.mod)
18 - Oll Rite (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/ollrite2.mod)
19 - Truckers Totem (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/truckers_2.mod)
20 - Wie Hoe Ken Kan (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/wiehoe2s.mod)
by list I meant your list of titles so I couldn't call them by name
Still don't get it. Titles should be shown. A font color matter ?
I'm closing this thread, because I still found more files to add to my archive, so it's more efficient to link directly to the page :
Plain Mods (http://www.samshuijzen.nl/sam/plainmods/plmods.html)
The thread is closed? I still can post here :D
Now to my meaningful comment about Corrupt Joker:
Holy sh#t that's awesome! I wish someone played those guitar parts live!
I agree - the guitar is awesome!
2 Nahkranoth
With closing I meant not to link anymore to new individual tracks.
I've had more comments about the guitar part of Corrupt Joker.
It was just the result of considering two aspects of sampling :
1 - A sample could be anything, just a piece of recording.
2 - An instrument is standard represented by playing a single note.
So I just made option 3 : an instrument playing several notes, as a sequence.
Coding options in a module give room to play around with this material.
It's possible to skip some notes from the start of the sample, play the third note and stop after the fourth.
The same is valid for a sample with a voice pronouncing a sentence.
ok, so you used a sample of a phrase and not a single note?
Yep, phrase, that's the word I was looking for.
its been a couple days but deep creeps I think was the one I liked the best
I need to listen to the rest. its been hectic
