The voice samples are a nice touch, too. And the percussion is choice.
Personally, I feel the song should be shortened. It takes too long to get into the really meaty stuff back there in the late 20s and 30s. The voice samples aren't always used so great. But I do love how you used one in that transition somewhere in the middle. The percussion doesn't *really* get good until later too, so shortening the song may solve many many problems.
