Title: is there a stop note?

is there a stop note? some trackers have a note that looks like "-" that will stop a note. i can't find anything like it on the documentation. does openmpt have a stop note? and if so, how can i find it?

Instantly cuts playing sample
Instantly stops instrument's envelopes
Press ' (tilde) under "Esc" in Pattern Editor.

== (Note Off, IT/MPTM)
Releases the sample's sustain loop, continues in normal loop if enabled
Press "Shift+1" in Pattern Editor.

There is also ~~ (Note Fade), which fades out the note using the instrument's fadeout value.

Please refer to the documentation (https://wiki.openmpt.org/Manual:_Patterns#Note_Column) about the exact details how each of thse commands works and which formats support them.
