If you want permanent storage for your music, I cannot recommend any free service - all of them will vanish sooner or later. Web hosting with plenty of storage is available for just an Euro per month these days, and it will stay as long as you pay for it.
That said, lots of people use SoundCloud (https://soundcloud.com/) for sharing their drafts or songs but I'm not a fan of it.

Yea i know, my soundcloud is not up to date, forgot my password and it's just a shitty service sorry for my language.
I have an old email, and i want to just set it on my new Original email, now can tell you that's a whole lotta mess.
