I am unable to report an issue on the issue tracker because your system WILL NOT allow for ANY types of modules to be uploaded! if you are reporting issues with a program that deals with modules, why cannot you upload them for troubleshooting???
You have asked this before, so here is the same answer again: Uncompressed modules are big, so they have to be compressed using e.g. 7-zip. The issue tracker is not a file hoster. You said that you downloaded the module from ModArchive, so why don't you simply insert a linkt to the original file on ModArchive instead?
