Description of the bug:
Dear MPT!There is a visual problem in the Intsr menu,with the instrument-counter.It's only two characters.Here's a picture:

Can't reproduce that, but the edit field seems to be a tad short for long numbers, so it might help to increase the width a bit.

Edit: This was fixed in OpenMPT 1.19.
