Title: .52 S3M: VSTi slider should be disabled
Post by: Saga Musix on October 04, 2008, 12:01:45
Full Version:
OpenMPT v1.17.02.52

S3M files don't support VST plugins, just like MOD files, the VSTi Volume slider should be disabled for S3M files just like it's done with MOD files.
In this case, also the Plugin part of the General tab should be disabled too.

On the other hand: If one wants to play with VSTs, but not save the changes, both sections could remain unlocked (also for MOD files) - but they shouldn't switch the "file was modified" flag then.

Fixed in OpenMPT 1.17.02.53

I'm changing this right now. Also, as far as I can see, inital channel volume is only supported by IT/MPTM, so this is going to be greyed out for MOD/XM/S3M as well.
