note off when using qwerty`?

when i record vst using qwerty keyboard, it does not record note off. so when i am playing it sounds fine, but when i have entered notes. i have to manually enter note off commands. any way to have a regular keyboard record note off when entering notes live?

You probably don't have Record note off enabled?
