is there a way to lock all instruments tempos in one time, not one by one ?

I guess it could be doable with a shift-click action on the checkbox (which would then enable the tempo lock and set it to the current BPM for all instruments that don't have it set yet), if that's what you need...

Here's something to try - shift-clicking the checkbox should enable/disable the feature for all instruments.
