.52 Misinterpreting of Bxx vs Dxx in .XM files

Has the bug occured in previous versions? If yes, please specify version(s): (This option is optional, and doesn't need research. But in case you know...)

Description of the bug:
If there's a Bxx and Dxx on the same row and the Bxx is actually AFTER Dxx, it should truncate the "break to row ..." (Dxx) effect.

Something like this:

ModPlug Tracker  XM
|........D2C|........B01

should not break to Pattern 1, Row 2C, but rather to pattern 1, Row 0!

Behaviour tested with OpenMPT, XMplay and MilkyTracker. Only OpenMPT fails.

Note: The current behaviour represents the behaviour of Impulse Tracker, so IT files are not affected.
